Build an intelligent Pipeline Digital Twin (PDT) system that integrates data, 3D digitization, and infrasonic instrument monitoring to predict failures with high accuracy and optimize how pipeline infrastructure runs.

The project’s strategic goals go beyond rolling out a digital tool. They reshape how teams manage pipeline infrastructure: shifting from reacting to failures that have already happened toward prediction, prevention, and well-grounded planning of maintenance actions.
- Move from emergency repairs to planned maintenance — build a culture of proactive infrastructure management.
- Cut operating costs — optimize maintenance and repair (M&R) budgets through accurate forecasting.
- Improve safety — minimize the risk of accidents and environmental incidents.
- Extend service life — determine the residual life of components on solid grounds.
